The wedding day! It’s such a fun day, but sometimes we aren’t prepared for the emotions that will occur between the father of the bride and his daughter. Brides spend so much time planning the details and the budget and making sure that things are just so – have you ever thought about how you’ll actually FEEL? So much happiness and love goes around at your wedding.
But there are also some bittersweet moments as well, and one of those is between a father and a daughter. You’ve been his little girl all your life, and now he’s letting another man step in – it’s happy and sad at the same time as the proverbial torch is passed. Today, in honor of Father’s Day on Sunday, I wanted to share a few emotional father of the bride moments with you from past events on our blog.

How emotional is this shot? Both the bride and her dad tear up and get emotional about the big day. It’s something both daddy and his little girl dream about, and it is such a meaningful time.
