These adorable vases are based on this DIY project I did earlier on clay name tags, but I just wanted to share how else I used these personalized tags. Take a peek at this super easy way to make vintage bottle vases for gifts or wedding favors. So cute!

I made these vintage bottle vases as gifts, and they are so simple and easy that I just had to share!
If you click here to see my name tag place card DIY, these vases would definitely do double duty as a favor and place card. They can even do triple duty if they are holding flowers – I can imagine these little cuties at each place with flowers in them or gathered in the middle as a fun, colorful centerpiece.
Basically, all you have to do is make the tags with air dry clay, and tie them with a ribbon around the neck of the bottle. Fill with water and small blooms or pencils as shown. Aren’t they cute? Your guests will love them. Be sure to start collecting vintage bottles now for your wedding! If you can’t find some, you can find them here. So many choices!
Aren’t they cute? You can find your own vintage bottles here. I recently found some at an antique store and can’t wait to make more!
SeannaOoh I love these! I like to make bottle vases, myself. I made one out of a glass vinegar bottle and turned it into a Christmas decoration for my boyfriend’s mom.
